Synod 2012
Annual Synod of the LCiGB: Saturday 28 April 2012 at 10.00am in Reading
The Lutheran Church in Great Britain will hold its Annual Synod including the Annual General Meeting on Saturday 28 April 2012 beginning at 10.00am. Synod this year will be hosted by Imani Congregation at St Andrew’s United Reformed Church in Reading.
All Synod Members are warmly invited to attend and vote, and Member Congregations are invited to send their Appointed Representatives to vote on their behalf. Please download and read the full letter below, as well as the additional forms, and the 'Responses Deadline' sheet, which lists the dates by which you must return your forms to us in order to vote at Synod.

Further documents, including the Synod Handbook (inlcluding AGM Agenda and Church Session Agenda), Minutes of Synod March 2011, Approved Annual Report and Accounts for Year Ended 31 December 2011, and Notice of Nominations for Trustees will be posted on the website on 5 April 2012 and hard copies sent to Members and Member Congregations.
PAST SYNODS:
Synod 2011, which included our AGM, was held on Saturday 26 March 2011 at St Luke's Lutheran Church in Leeds.
Synod is very grateful to St Luke's for their warm hospitality and for the excellent lunch that was prepared by two of the church members.
